James Jennings, President, wholly owns Collateral Specialists Inc. He has over twenty-five years of experience in developing and implementing collateral finance programs for financial institution and borrowers. He has worked with hundreds of financial institutions in establishing systems to monitor asset based loans and secured distribution programs. He is also a past chairperson of the suppliers committee of the United Association of Equipment Leasing (UAEL).
 
 
Brian Jennings, General Manager, has been involved in the systems analysis area of the collateral management industry for the last nine years. He holds a BS in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
 
Kevin P. Power, Vice President of Operations, has over ten years of experience in the Collateral Inspection Industry. He is responsible for overseeing the inspection process and communicating with clients to insure their requirements are fulfilled. Kevin previously worked with a nationwide inventory service firm managing offices in Nevada and California and acting as Regional Sales Manager.
 
Paul G. Hanson, Executive Director of Marketing, has over 30 years of experience in the Commercial Lending and Collateral Inspection Industry. He is responsible for marketing, business development and corporate communications. Paul previously worked with a nationwide inventory finance firm managing its inspection services business unit consisting of 160 field personal responsible for inspecting in excess of $3 billion in collateral monthly at 13,000 locations in the U.S. and Canada.
